MATRIX Consulting Group, Inc. is a small, woman-owned business incorporated in South Dakota. MATRIX is wholly owned by Cheryl Kandaras Chapman, a registered professional engineer and public administrator.

In partnership with their clients MATRIX professionals provide solutions ranging from complex public issues to strategic business planning with expertise in public relations, communications and environmental and civil engineering.
